Dr. Mark Hermacinski

Mark Hermacinski, M.D. is a board certified general surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Hermacinski has been caring for the Northwestern Colorado community since 1996.  Dr. Hermacinski graduated from Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.  Following residency Dr. Hermacinski spent a year in Kathmandu, Nepal working at the premier teaching hospital Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital.  Dr. Hermacinski started his practice in Steamboat Springs in 1996.

Dr. Zach Hartman

Dr. Hartman graduated from University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed his general surgery training at University of Colorado Department of Surgery. Board certified by the American Board of Surgery and trained in DaVinci Robotic Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery(MIS) techniques, Dr. Hartman has expertise in:

- DaVinci Robotic Surgery and Laparoscopic Surgery for hernia repair and other abdominal surgery
- Skin cancer including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, colon cancer and abdominal tumors, breast cancer, port placement and removal, palliative procedures such as pleural catheters, abdominal catheters, and nutritional access. Dr. Hartman regularly participates in multidisciplinary Tumor Board for optimization of comprehensive cancer care 
- Spine access and exposure
- Upper and lower endoscopy and bronchoscopy
- Trauma care
- Complex multidisciplinary surgical cases partnering with other specialists such as Urology, Ob/Gyn, Plastics, ENT
